#1 All albums ordered are counted in HANTEO and GAON Charts.

#2 Posters are subjected to availability depending on the Korean supplier.

#3 Items will be confiscated if not collected after 3 mass meet-up unless under special circumstances.

#4 Strictly no refunds or exchanges will be provided should there be any defects or mishandling in the course of shipping.

#5 Grace time of 15 minutes shall be given during meet-up sessions. We might not leave on the dot, but please do not take it for granted.

#6 Meetup collection in our convenience. (Ang Mo Kio MRT or Kovan MRT)

#7 No back outs are allowed once you've emailed us your order. However, modifications of no more than 2 times for orders are allowed.

#8 Items will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive

#9 Please make payment first before we order. If not, we'll not order anything.

#10 Check emails or twitter regularly for updates on collection.

Q1. When will my items arrive? How long does it takes to arrive?

After payment is cleared, it'll take 2 weeks for albums to arrive. We'll keep you posted via our site and twitter.

Q2. I don't see the albums which I want to purchase on your site.

Please email us to request for any albums. We'll notify to you through email after we've checked with our suppliers.

Q3. What if I'm unable to make it for the meetup collection at the last minute?

Kindly notify 3 hours in advance before the meet-up timing for collection.

Q4. Can I pay upon delivery?

Strictly, no. Unless it's instocks. Most items on our blog are for preorder.

Q5. Are there refunds for items that are out-of-stock?

Yes, definitely!

Q6. Can I cancel my order?

No. Please do consider carefully before you email us your order. If we've sent our order to our supplier, you'll not be able to backout.

Q7. Do you accept International Orders?

Sorry, no. Currently, we're only doing local orders.

Q8. Is poster included in the album?

Let us know which album you're buying and we'll check with our suppliers. FYI, albums released after 1 month, posters are limited.
Good news! We don't charge extra fee for posters! :D

Q9. Do you still have albums released few years back?

Just drop us an email and state the album title you're looking for. We'll get back to you with more details! (:

Q10. What kind of items do you allow for postage?

We do postages for almost all albums and small items. As for bulky items like lightsticks with big boxes or large photobooks, we dont. Also, for albums that come with posters, posters will be folded if you opt for postage (:

Postage Details

#1 Normal Postage (depending on weight of item)
#2 Registered Postage: $2.50 + Normal Postage Price
#3 SmartPac: $4.70 (Recommended for heavy items!)

Note:
- For albums that come with posters, posters will be folded if you opt for postage.
- Also, we will not do postage for bulky items or photobook as they're rather heavy and require a lot of postage fee (not recommended because the fee can be a minimum of $10)
